In January, Harbor Engineering Research Institute achieves new progress in science research works. Three research achievements i.e. “multi functional soil electricity penetration consolidation equipment”, vibration for installing thin wall RC cylinder foundation vertical breakwater” and “steel sheet pile interlocking condition inspection” passed national review and were granted of patent certificates by the state patent bureau.
