On 17th March, CCCC Director General Zhou Jichang and his followers visited FHEC Xinguang Road Lagoon Bridge in Lianyungang City of Jiangsu Province. The proposed bridge is within soft foundation area, which is the first and only project in China as well as 2011 key project in Lianyungang City. During the inspection, Director General Mr. Zhou made a positive comment on the Forth Engineering Company’s construction progress. And subsequently, Zhou Jichang and his accompanies visited the project office and living areas
