Largest General Cargo Wharf in China Undertaken and completed by CCCC-FHEC Passed Completion Inspection

The general cargo wharf in northern port basin of Tianjin Port undertaken and completed by CCCC-FHEC successfully passed the completion inspection and was handed over to Client on 20th February 2012 for formal opening.

The project is located at the eastern part of the northern shoreline in the second sub-basin in Northern Port Basin of Tianjin Port and to the west of Dongjiang Port Zone. The wharf consists of two berths for 40000DWT vessels and two berths for 100000DWT vessels. With a total shoreline of 1075m long and a hinterland width of 400m, the designed annual throughput is 11 million ton. The wharf is so far the largest general cargo wharf in China and one of the 20 key projects in Tianjin in 2009. (Wang Xiaodong)
