Full-Load Trial-out on Extension Project of Caofeidian Coal Terminal in Tangshan Port
In the middle of August, with four fully loaded coal wagons being brought into the car-dumper building and several hundred tons of quality coal being discharged on to belt conveyors and carried over to the coal stacking yards, the equipment and facilities for the extension project of Caofeidian Coal Terminal in Tangshan Port, which had been undertaken and completed by CCCC-FHEC, was going through the full-load trials, indicating the official startup of the production system of the extension project.
With the approval of the state administration, the initial phase and the extension of the Caofeidian Coal Terminal in Tangshan Port have seen the successive construction and completion of 10 berths with a total annual throughput of 100 million tons. The rated handling capacity for a single railway line in the car dumping system is 7780 t/hr, which is so far the highest in China.
