Non-passable navigational bridge span piers are high pile cap structures. Bridge piers are divided into three types i.e. Low, Middle and High. Low pier platform is detached cylinder type small platform, while middle and high pier are monolithic type big platform. Cylinder type small platform diameters are 10m and 11m separately. Its lower foundation piles are φ1200mm PHC concrete pipe piles PM90~PM109 )and φ1500mm steel pipe piles. Monolithic type big platform plane size is 27.85×10.2m, and a handful of them are 28.85~30.35×10.2m and 85×12.2m. The platform height (excluding bottom seal concrete) is 3m and 3.5m separately. The platform bottom levels are ±0.00m from PM90~PM106 and +1.00m after PM107. Contract package VI consists of installation for 378nos of φ1200PHC concrete pipe pile, and 4862nos of φ1500 steel pipe pile as well as construction for 510nos detached platforms and 74nos of monolithic platforms. Pile and platform concrete volume is 311148m3 while concrete for precast steel boxed cofferdam is 32441m3 and concrete for cast in-situ structures is 278706m3.
