It is one of the key infrastructure projects in Dalian city. The project mainly consists of a viaduct bridge of 840m long and 34m wide as a connection express traffic corridor between Dalian downtown area and the Development area. The contract value is 78,000,000 Chinese Yuan. The works include the installation of precast pre-stressed concrete box girder, construction of bored piles of 2.2m diameter, pouring concrete for piers of 1.8m diameter, and casting in-situ of connection beam between foundation piles and decking slabs, The superstructure is simply made of pre-supported and post-cast continuous beam. The project won the honorary Cup of Dalian Xinghai Quality Engineering Project in 2009 and the title of Excellent Quality Main Structure Works in Liaoning Province in 2012.
