Recently, after more than half a year’s submission, review and examination, selection and public notification, Li Yiyong, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of CCCC-First Harbor Eng. Co., Ltd., was awarded the title of Grand Master of National Port and Waterway Engineering and Construction by the Ministry of Transport of China and Li was one of the only two Grand Masters who were awarded title this time.
